The Rules of the Ride

Because every great journey deserves clear directions — here’s what to expect when you roll with us.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Imi Wadar Home! By booking a stay or participating in our activities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Bookings & Payments

All reservations must be discussed via WhatsApp or email with our communication agent to arrange the most suitable booking process.
Payments can be made according to the agreement between the guest and Imi Wadar Home.
In case of a deposit, cancellations made less than three days before arrival will receive a 70% refund.
The reservation period must not exceed one year.
Room choice must be made in advance; any changes will be charged according to the prices listed on our website.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: Until 4:00 PM.
Check-out: Until 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules

Quiet hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Guests must respect fellow travelers, staff, and property.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Any damage to property must be reported immediately, and guests may be liable for repair costs.

5. Surf Lessons & Activities

Participation in surfing or other activities is at your own risk.
Guests must follow instructors’ guidance at all times.
Imi Wadar Home is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost belongings during activities.
Rental equipment must be returned in good condition; damages may result in additional charges.

6. Liability & Insurance

Valuable properties must be declared. In case of stolen items, responsibility is shared, and we must cooperate on safety measures.
Imi Wadar Home is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Guests are responsible for their own travel and health insurance.
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances during your stay.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will only be used for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Governing Law

The laws of Morocco govern these terms. Any disputes will be settled in the local jurisdiction.

9. Amendments

Imi Wadar Home reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
